Doing the work

In my work as a psychotherapist, the number one reason clients come to me is not only to feel better, but to eliminate the emotional pain they’re experiencing. I get it, I was there too. I wanted so desperately to escape my mind and body that I would try anything. But it was only when I learned how to tolerate emotional energy mindfully and somatically that I began to transform and heal from my own suffering.

Emotions cannot be controlled; they must be understood and felt in order to release them from both the mind and body. When we hold onto our past with hate, grief, anger, and frustration, we feel anxious, depressed, hopeless, and unhappy. There is a better way and that is by going within.

The way is within. Our number one mission in life is to understand ourselves. When we understand how to love our bodies and love who we are then we can transform dark emotions into gratitude, faith, and joy.

The human body and mind are designed to heal pain so we can live an abundant and prosperous life.

As ambitious women, we often try and do it all! We hustle, pushing ourselves to the limit, sometimes ignoring our own needs in the hope they will simply disappear.

Healing from pain takes courage, and I am here to support you every step of the way.

My mission is to guide women and adolescents on their spiritual journey to cultivate deep love and acceptance of their true self. I provide a safe space for transformation, empowering you to overcome self-doubt and societal pressures, and fully connect with your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re navigating early adulthood or late adulthood, I’m here to support your journey to healing and self-love.
